I’m a Retailer. Can I stock your books at a discount?
Yes you can!! Just email me and let me know and I'll set you up with a special Retailer account. You can order as many books as you need through my online shop and we'll figure out the shipping. Usually, I use USPS Media Mail but it's totally up to you. I'll calculate exact shipping and bill you separately.

I Unsubscribed But… I’m Still Subscribed?
If you unsubscribed, your subscription will be valid until the end of the current month, during which time you can log in, see all the exclusive content, download stuff, etc. When the first of the next month rolls around, your subscription (and access) will end... ALONG WITH MY AFFECTION FOR YOU.
Just kidding. Thanks for being a subscriber and participating in this crazy experiment.

Can I change my monthly subscription amount?
Unfortunately, there's no easy way to do this. If you'd like to increase or decrease your monthly payment you have to cancel your current subscription and then resubscribe. It shouldn't affect your status, downloadables, etc. I know this is annoying but I've got a support ticket in to the WooCommerce developers and it's something they can hopefully implement in a future update.

Returns/Exchanges
I do my best to package and ship items securely, but if you receive a purchase and you're unhappy with it for some reason, let me know and we can probably work out some sort of return or exchange.

I Subscribed, But I Can’t Access Anything!
Have you logged in? When you subscribed you got a user name and password (which can be changed on the My Account page). Until you log in, you'll see the 'Subscribe' button up top and the site will look like it does to non-subscribers. After logging in, you should have access to your account info as well as all of the subscribers-only content in the blog. You should also see discounted banners on products in the shop, as well as happy 'Thank You' messages in the sidebars. :)

Shipping Is Crazy Expensive!
I know. Sorry about that. I ship through Canada Post and their rates are extremely high with no sign of improving. Just to give you an example, it costs me less to drive across the border to the US and ship my books back to Canada (using Media Mail) than it does for me to send the same books within Canada. I'm trying out a service that will hopefully reduce the price by shipping through the US, so we'll see how that goes. For now, I'm using flat rates for Canada, USA and International shipping that are as fair as I can make them.

Are You Taking Commissions?
Sometimes! Usually, I'll open a small commission list prior to a convention I'm attending and I'll occasionally open it up again for no reason at all if I'm not too busy with work. I'm bad at multitasking, so I don't want to leave people waiting around forever while I try to finish their commission. Your best bet is to sign up to my mailing list to be notified when the list is open, OR subscribe to my site to get plenty of advance notice AND a discount!

What About Original Pages?
I have a flat file filled with original comic pages that I haven't sold yet, from Adventures of Superman, Teen Titans: Year One, The Flash, Wednesday Comics, Deadpool, and loads of covers, etc. My goal is to catalogue them and make them available through this site, but for now, you can just contact me if there's a specific page you're interested in.
NOTE: Most of everything I've done in the last ten years has been digital, so there's no recent original art to sell. Sorry!

Can You Sign My Comic?
Sure! If you can't make it out to a convention to meet me in person, just mail whatever books you want signed to my studio in whatever packaging you'd like them sent back in, with pre-paid shipping.
