Start to finish! This process video is a bit different from the others because it features a lot of halftone use (something I’ve been wanting to experiment with after living in Japan for a year and consuming a lot of black and white manga). ClipStudio Paint makes it very easy to convert my grayscale tones into haltfone patterns, which are traditionally cut out of large sheets of adhesive paper and meticulously cut around to achieve the same results. Hooray for digital.
